New Class! Italian for Cooking, with Alessandra Castoldi: Thursday 1:30-3:00 pm via Zoom beginning April 20th

This Italian language course offers 12 original easy-to-read stories, each dedicated to a typical Italian recipe. The student is guided to acquire proficiency in using the language of cooking while discovering the origins of the recipes, the proverbs and idioms related to food, and the art of traditional Italian cooking.
