To order your name tags, please click to email vickie@trophycaseofnaples.com with the following information:

1. Your phone number
2. The badge is for ICS membership: cost each $11 plus tax. 
3. The exact name to be printed on each badge
4. Pick up is free, mailing is an additional $10.00. 

Vickie at the Trophy case will call you back for your credit card number. Name tags must be paid in advance.
