There will be stations to renew passports and handle other services; however, those needing  passport renewal must email the consulate prior to the event, at passaporti.miami@esteri specifying “renewal of passport on the occasion of the vice consul visit to Naples,” and meet other requirements for passport renewal found here: Miami Passport Renewal
