Dolci d'Italia: Crisp, Baked & Frozen
Leave your diet at the door and discover why Italians believe every memorable meal deserves a spectacular finish!
Join us in creating three beloved Italian classics using authentic techniques and premium ingredients: crisp, baked, and frozen!
Italian desserts may look simple, but they rely on exceptional ingredients. Fresh whole-milk ricotta, imported chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, real vanilla, quality butter, and ripe fruit are every bit as important—and often just as costly—as the ingredients in a fine main course. You'll taste the difference that quality makes in every bite.
Come ready to learn, laugh, and indulge. You'll leave with delicious recipes, new techniques, and the confidence to recreate these authentic Italian desserts at home.
Buon appetito... and don't forget to save room for dessert!
Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out, this experience is designed to be relaxed, social, and deliciously fun. Savor the aromas, share a glass of wine, and leave with new skills—and desserts—to impress at your next gathering.
Cost: $125 pp includes coffee and and up to 2 glasses of wine.

Puccini’s exhilarating drama of the Wild West returns in a new staging by celebrated British director Richard Jones, marking the company’s first new production of La Fanciulla del West in more than 30 years.
Soprano Sondra Radvanovsky adds to her already remarkable Met repertoire, making her role debut as Minnie, the tough tavern owner with a heart of gold who finds love when she least expects it. Tenor SeokJong Baek is the dashing bandit who rambles into the remote California mining town to steal her heart, opposite baritone Christopher Maltman as the lawman determined to deliver rough justice—and win Minnie for himself.
Maestro Keri-Lynn Wilson takes the podium to conduct one of opera’s most action-packed adventures, live from the Met stage to your local cinema.
This is a private showing of the Metropolitan Opera Live-Stream performance of "La Fanciulla del West" for ICS members.
