Description: Continue to build on your conversation and grammar skills. Your B2 foundation provided an understanding of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, allowing you to interact with native speakers with fluency and spontaneity, and produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects. The C1 level builds on this, aiming for greater fluency, accuracy, and sophistication. C1 students will understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning. They can express themselves fluently and spontaneously, and use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic, and professional purposes.
