The course focuses on the present tense and its different forms while gradually expanding practical communication skills. We will continue to review the grammar concepts studied so far (especially the "passato prossimo" and articulated prepositions) adding new vocabulary and phrases geared to: 1) a trip abroad 2) a shopping outing, 3) telling a travel story.

Students will expand upon previous listening, reading writing and speaking skills. Work on understanding and using familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of specific needs. Learn to ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has. Learn to interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
